My name is Kathy Blakey. I am a licensed Real Estate Professional. I have been licensed over 10 years in the state of Delaware. I am currently specializing in referrals. As a referral agent, I will provide CMAs (competitive marketing analysis) to sellers and buyer consultations as a complimentary service. I will then team up with other Century 21 agents to develop a plan of action to sell your home or find you the home of your dreams. I have over 20 years of financial analysis experience and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. I will use these skills and experiences to provide you with excellent real estate services.
