Kathy Blakey is an excellent real estate broker. She kept me informed at all times. She explained in detail how she came to her suggested selling price of the house. She was very professional in her dealings with the company doing the estate sale including reminding him when he had to have the house cleaned out. She also followed up by checking the house to make sure it was emptied before the settlement date.
